9. Tracking Technologies We May Use
Log Data. We may collect certain information that your web browser sends whenever you use our website and services.

Cookie files are stored in your web browser (or on your computer) and provide a unique identifier that sends information back to the web server each time the web browser requests a page from the webserver. Cookies can be “persistent” or “session” cookies. Persistent cookies remain stored on your computer until deleted. Session cookies are deleted from your computer when you close your web browser.
Web Beacons. Our website and services and some of our emails may contain small electronic files known as web beacons (also referred to as clear gifs, pixel tags, and single-pixel gifs). We use these to count the number of users who use our website and services and open emails, and for other uses (such as verifying system and server integrity).

“Do Not Track” is a privacy preference that you may enable in your web browser. We use the Kajabi platform and have implemented certain technical, physical, and administrative policies and procedures to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and avoid improper use and disclosure of your personal information. The level of security used is based on the type and sensitivity of the information being protected.
If we discover any unauthorized access to or use of your personal information, may send you an email or post a notice on our website and services and will take all other actions required by law (depending on your location and which laws apply to you). Depending on where you live, you may have a legal right to receive notice of a security breach in writing.
