I’ve included four points to help you stay abundant in your strategic planning. As a crucial member of your organization, it is important to pitch your cause to funders by using positive language. Make it a point to listen first, and pitch after. Always be transparent about the challenges you face as a nonprofit, but make sure you do so at the end of your conversation after you’ve spoken about all the good work you’re doing.
