#60 Sybil Speaks: Recap of My Conversations about Diversity Equity and Inclusion in Honor of Martin Luther King Day

Jan 17, 2022

In honor of Martin Luther King Day, I wanted to dedicate this episode to highlighting past conversations with funders and nonprofits to honor all of the amazing work they do to address diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Thanks to these experts, I have learned so much and am continuing to learn how to be a white ally and support people of color. I hope you’ll give it a listen and let my interviewees who know best serve as an example of how you can meaningfully incorporate DEI in your funding strategy.

Episode Highlights:

  • The premise of Trust-based Philanthropy and how it works in reality.
  • Past conversations with people who put DEI at the core of their work.
